Senator Mark Kelly (R-AZ) led 5 Democrat U.S. legislators in a viral video campaign appealing to the military to “refuse illegal orders.” Now, Kelly could face a military recall and court martial, while all six face potential treason charges, The video campaign was called “Don’t Give Up the Ship.” One legislator, Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), when pressed, could not identify any specific “illegal orders.”

President Trump’s suggestion treason means hanging triggered House Democrats to call the Capital Police for reasons not given. Since the viral video, more Democrat legislators have come out in support of the open call for military members and intelligence officials to commit, in essence, treason.

Well-founded suspicion is the Democrats are saying as much as they can say publicly to a sleeper cell that knows they mean insurrection, not defiance of unconstitutional orders. Given the unconstitutional policies of the DNC, this seems a well-founded concern. So far, Pam Bondi has threatened, but not charged, once again.

SEDITION: Pentagon Launches Review of ‘Serious Allegations of Misconduct’ Against Mark Kelly – Geller Report

The Pentagon said Monday that it has received “serious allegations of misconduct” against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) and has initiated a “thorough review” of the allegations. It comes days after the senator, along with a handful of other lawmakers, called on U.S. service members to disobey any illegal orders issued by the Trump administration.

The Department of Defense said it had initiated an investigation to “determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.”

“This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality,” the statement read. “Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.”

Kelly said Monday that he had upheld his oath to the Constitution through his time in the Navy and that his time in the military and at NASA was “in service to this country that I love and has given me so much.”

Thanks in part to holdups on Trump U.S. attorney confirmations by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), charges filed by Trump appointed U.S. attorney Linda Halligan against DNC operatives have been dismissed. U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie dismissed the charges against former FBI Director James Comey and current Fulton County Attorney General Leticia James.

The Judge ruled the Halligan was inappropriately appointed and thus has no authority to file charges before a U.S. court. Since the judge dismissed the charges, they can be brought again. Grassley held up the confirmation of Lindsey Halligan using a Senate traditional rule called the “blue slip,” which allows a home-state Senator to hold up any confirmations of their constituents for any reason.

Legal Expert Jonathan Turley Explains Why Comey and James Are Not Out of the Woods Yet, Despite Cases Being Dismissed – Western Journal

George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley made clear on Monday why former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James are not out of legal jeopardy yet.

Earlier in the day, U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Bill Clinton appointee, ruled that Interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was incorrectly appointed, and therefore, the indictments brought by her office against Comey and James were “defective.”

“All actions flowing from Ms. Halligan’s defective appointment … constitute unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside,” the judge wrote.

Islamist Socialist Zohran Mamdani has chosen a police abolitionist author to be on his transition team. Alex Vitale, who wrote the book “The End of Policing,” will be working on “community safety issues.”  This follows his meeting with President Trump in the oval office where they exchanged mostly substance-less jabs with one another.

After a Jewish synagogue was harassed by a group shouting “Death to the IDF,” Mamdani blamed the victims for holding an event that offended the anti-Israel activists. His recent reiteration that he would honor “international law” over U.S. law leaves some to question whether he will try to arrest Jews wanted by the antisemitic “World Court.”

The U.S. House has passed a bill to repeal a provision included in the continuing resolution that ended the historic government shutdown. The bill is NOT addressing the provision that makes most of the CBD industry illegal. The bill removes the permission for Federal employees who were victims of Operation Arctic Frost to sue the Federal government.

The operation, run by DNC attorney Jack Smith, spied on mostly Republicans’ phone records, including its top leadership, including Marco Rubio. The bill required a two-thirds yes vote to pass, which it did. Seven members, three Republicans and four Democrats, chose not to vote at all. It must now pass the Senate, which is not a guarantee as of right now.

The wanna-be world czar Bill Gates signaled to the world that the climate change hoax jig was up after admitting “The doomsday outlook is causing much of the climate community to focus too much on near-term emissions goals, and it’s diverting resources from the most effective things we should be doing to improve life in a warming world. The biggest problems are poverty and disease, just as they always have been.”

This signals a potential shift in globalist strategy from promising to save the world from human greed and the brown people from the white devil, they’re going to go back to the basics, economic class. President Trump wasn’t letting Gates surrender so gently, however.

He quipped back, “I (WE!) just won the War on the Climate Change Hoax. Bill Gates has finally admitted that he was completely WRONG on the issue,” he added. “It took courage to do so, and for that we are all grateful. MAGA!!!”

For the 13th time, the U.S. Senate has failed to reach the 60 votes needed to pass the continuing budget resolution that would re-open the government. The vote was 55-45, with two Democrats breaking ranks and voting for the CR while one Republican voted against the CR. Getting a clear picture of the differences between the two is near impossible, with AI tools doing little more than carrying DNC talking points.

From the White House: FACT: Democrats’ proposal would result in nearly $200 billion spent on healthcare for illegal immigrants and other non-citizens over the next decade — enough to fund the entire Children’s Health Insurance Program.

While the DNC CLAIMS it’s not defending illegal aliens from losing healthcare coverage, Republicans insist they do. The language used by the DNC and its illegal campaign advertisers (with Reuters doing the most offensive work) is intentionally obtuse beyond defiantly declaring the DNC doesn’t want to fund illegal aliens. For now, MIA’s stance is the evidence points to the DNC wanting to fund illegal alien healthcare, or worse, destabilize America for the Progmerican revolution to grow.

Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is breaking ranks, saying to his own party, “As a committed Democrat, I’m dismayed my party is playing chicken with the food security of 42M Americans. I reject a political gamble that exposes a vulnerable constituency to widespread deprivation and chaos.”

This tactic appears, more and more, about causing “widespread… chaos” for the intentional of revolution than anything else. President Donald Trump revealed during a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae on Monday that he has “always had a great love of Japan,” adding that he also has “great respect” for Japan.

“I have always had a great love of Japan and a great respect of Japan, and I will say that this will be a relationship that will be stronger than ever before, and I look forward to working with you,” Trump said. “On behalf of our country, I want to just let you know, anytime you have any question, any doubt, anything you want, any favors you need, anything I can do to help Japan, we will be there. We are an ally at the strongest level.”

Trump’s visit to Japan comes after Takaichi, who is Japan’s first female prime minister, won a “historic vote.”

Canada’s average wait time to see a specialist is now at 27.7 weeks, an all-time high, and this fact alone has led to documented suicides, including from a Winnipeg woman who wrote just before her MAID suicide, “I could have had more time if I had more help.”

Former President Barack Obama and California Governor Gavin Newsom are urging Californians to vote in favor of Proposition 50, a ballot measure that would replace the state’s independent redistricting system with a legislature-approved map projected to eliminate several Republican-held congressional districts.

On Tuesday, California Governor Gavin Newsom posted on X, “Listen to @barackobama,” sharing a new video featuring former President Barack Obama encouraging voters to support Proposition 50 in the state’s November 4 special election.

In the video, Obama says:

“California, the whole nation is counting on you. Democracy is on the ballot November 4. Republicans want to steal enough seats in Congress to rig the next election and wield unchecked power for two more years. With Prop 50, you can stop Republicans in their tracks. Prop 50 puts our elections back on a level playing field, which preserves Independent Redistricting over the long term, and lets the people decide. Return your ballot today. Vote yes on 50.”

The ad marks Obama’s latest effort to promote Gov. Newsom’s redistricting plan, which would replace California’s independent redistricting commission — created by voters in 2008 — with a partisan-drawn map. According to previous Breitbart News reports, the proposal would reduce Republican-held seats in California’s congressional delegation from nine to five, even though roughly 40 percent of voters supported Republican candidates in the 2024 election.

Obama has described Newsom’s proposal as a “reasoned and measured approach,” writing on X in August, “Over the long term, we shouldn’t have political gerrymandering in America, just a fair fight between Republicans and Democrats based on who’s got better ideas. But since Texas is taking direction from a partisan White House and gerrymandering in the middle of a decade to try and maintain the House despite their unpopular policies, I have tremendous respect for how Governor Newsom has approached this. He’s put forward a smart, measured approach in California, designed to address a very particular problem at a very particular moment in time.”

At a fundraiser on Martha’s Vineyard, Obama praised the initiative further, saying, “We’re only going to do it if and when Texas and/or other Republican states begin to pull these maneuvers. Otherwise, this doesn’t go into effect.”

California Republicans have sued to stop Newsom’s plan, calling it unconstitutional and arguing it violates the 30-day public notice requirement for legislation. The California Supreme Court, however, ruled in August that the plan could proceed, allowing the governor to use a “gut and amend” tactic to fast-track the measure through the legislature.

The special election — estimated to cost $250 million — will ask voters to approve the new map and amend the state constitution to permit mid-decade redistricting. The Democratic National Committee has launched bilingual outreach campaigns in support of Prop 50 focusing on Latino voters, while major donors including billionaire Tom Steyer have funded multimillion-dollar ad campaigns promoting the initiative.

Polls indicate that a majority of Californians still favor retaining the state’s independent redistricting commission. A UC Berkeley–Politico survey found that 64 percent of voters prefer the current system, compared to 36 percent who support the governor’s proposed changes.

California’s redistricting fight is part of a broader national battle following Texas’s new “One Big Beautiful Map” which adds five Republican-leaning districts. Obama and former Attorney General Eric Holder, through the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, have pledged to counter GOP-led redistricting efforts, characterizing them as “an existential threat to our democracy.”

After both Hamas and Israel publicly declared the agreement with President Donald Trump’s brokered peace deal, hopes were high in both Gaza and Israel that the brutal war was really over. Hamas and Israel are both moving forward, so far, on schedule with the first phase of the deal, the handing over of hostages, dead and alive, to Israel, and the handing over of prisoners to Hamas. The next step is the creation of an international body, the “Board of Peace” that will administer the region initially during the transition.

President Trump announced he was “very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan. ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace.”

What’s in Trump’s Gaza peace deal? Here are the details so far

Israel and Hamas have agreed to the first phase of U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan for Gaza, a ceasefire and hostage deal that could be a first step toward ending a two-year-old conflict that has roiled the Middle East.

Here are some details of what is known and not known so far:

The agreement on the initial stage of Trump’s 20-point framework resulted from indirect talks in Egypt, a day after the second anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel that triggered Israel’s assault on Gaza.

Trump announced that both Israel and Hamas had signed off on the first phase of the plan and this would bring the release of all hostages, alive and dead, “very soon” and the withdrawal of Israeli troops to the so-called yellow line in Gaza. According to a senior Israeli security source, that is a boundary for an initial Israeli pullback under the Trump plan.

Hamas confirmed it had reached an agreement to end the conflict, that includes an Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and a hostage-prisoner exchange, but the group called on Trump and guarantor states to ensure Israel fully implements the ceasefire.

French President Emmanuel Macron will name a new prime minister within the next 48 hours, his office has said, in the latest effort to chart a path out of the worst political crisis of his presidency.

The announcement on Wednesday followed two days of last-ditch talks with party leaders by outgoing Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu in a bid to break the country’s political deadlock, after his cabinet lineup, unveiled on Sunday, was rejected by allies and rivals alike.

The Elysee presidential office said in a statement that Lecornu’s discussions with various parties had concluded that a majority of lawmakers were not in favour of parliament being dissolved for early elections, and that there was “a platform for stability” that could make it possible for a budget to be passed by the year’s end.

“On this basis, the President of the Republic will appoint a Prime Minister within the next 48 hours,” said the statement.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) is eying a proposal to end the government shutdown as the gridlock in Washington, D.C., enters its ninth day.

Thune is “ready” to use Congress’s appropriations process to open the government. It’s an arduous process lawmakers seek to use every year to pass 12 sweeping appropriations bills that provide government funding to different priorities, including defense, education, and healthcare.

Under Thune’s plan, he could wield his power as majority leader to bring a single appropriation bill to the floor one at a time if it has already been passed by the House, such as the defense package, according to Axios.

“We’re prepared to do that,” Thune told the outlet. “[But] that takes consent. We got to find out if the Dems are going to let us do anything while the government is shut down.”

Key Senate Democrats signaled they were on board with the idea, but argued it wouldn’t substantially change anything in terms of the government shutdown.

David Harsanyi recently sounded the alarm in the New York Post that “Gen Z’s casual anti-Semitism is growing.” His warning has some merit, but it also reveals blind spots about the political context he prefers not to acknowledge.

Harsanyi isn’t wrong that ugly anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic rhetoric has surfaced in parts of the populist right. Plenty of very online commentators have insinuated — and in some instances insisted — that Charlie Kirk’s assassination was tied to Israel. Conspiracy theory claims circulate online that Jewish billionaires control conservative media, bribing or blackmailing Republicans into supporting Benjamin Netanyahu in Gaza no matter the cost.

Gen Z has broken old taboos. That’s healthy. But if Zoomers want to be taken seriously, they must separate legitimate criticism of US policy from adolescent conspiracy theories.

This is an “ugly turn,” but it didn’t appear out of thin air. Once the neoconservative gatekeepers lost their grip, a wider debate on the right was inevitable.

For decades, particular outlets and movement foundations policed what conservatives were allowed to say. That censorship has collapsed in the internet era, for better and worse.

I welcome the broader discussion on the right. It was overdue. But the opening comes with a price: young voices saying stupid and reckless things. Then again, establishment conservatives have spent years saying reckless things of their own. My own anthology of commentaries catalogs four decades of such elite nonsense — much of which never saw daylight in “respectable” venues such as National Review, Commentary, or the Wall Street Journal.

Suddenly Democrats who have long turned a blind eye to corruption within the Department of Justice (DOJ) are now worried about its weaponization.

Their timing could not be more disingenuous; it came during a hearing Tuesday, less than 24 hours after clear evidence that former President Joe “Autopen” Biden used the FBI to spy on Republicans. Documents show the FBI obtained cell phone records of eight Republican senators and a U.S. Representative for Jan. 4-8, 2021, as part of the “Arctic Frost” investigation. Arctic Frost eventually became Special Counsel Jack Smith‘s elector lawfare case against Trump.

The Federalist’s Shawn Fleetwood reported the following lawmakers were targeted: Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Penn; and Republican senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, and Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming. Some of these Republicans were in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday when Democrats had their great awakening while they were collecting testimony from Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., said he is “gravely concerned” about what will happen when Trump, “demands” Bondi prosecute individuals he views as “opponents or enemies.”

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Ark., acknowledged that Democrats are now concerned about targeting political enemies.

  • Weber State University canceled its Unity Conference due to concerns over compliance with a new state law restricting discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics outside of academic settings.
  • The cancellation sparked backlash over free speech and led to an alternative event, ‘Unity Conference: Uncensored version.’
  • The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression criticized the university for overinterpreting the law and limiting faculty speech.

Weber State University’s annual Unity Conference was recently canceled by administrators over concerns that its content would violate a new anti-diversity, equity and inclusion law in the state.

The irony? This year’s theme was on censorship.

The decision ignited a firestorm of debate about free speech and academic freedom — and prompted scholars to host an alternative event titled “Unity Conference: Uncensored version.”

… On Sunday, the police arrested a man outside of the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington, DC, hours before the annual Red Mass held for Supreme Court justices to mark the start of their term.

Well, guess what: “During his arrest, Louis Geri threatened to ignite explosives and handed authorities pages of his notebook that, according to court records, expressed animosity toward the Catholic Church, Supreme Court justices, members of the Jewish faith and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

According to The Washington Post, the court papers allege Louis Geri, 41, of Arizona and New Jersey, warned the cops, “You might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives.”

Just wow:

The officer called over a sergeant with the bomb squad, court records show, who told Geri he had to move because there was an event. Geri — 41, of Vineland, New Jersey — said he knew about the event and continued to insist he had bombs.

“Do you want me to throw one out, I’ll test one out on the streets? I have a hundred-plus of them,” he told the sergeant, according to court records. “If you just step back, I’ll take out that tree. No one will get hurt, there will just be a hole where that tree used to be.”

When officers told Geri they were going to forcefully remove him if he did not leave, court documents show he responded by telling police that “several of your people are gonna die from one of these.”

WINCHESTER, Virginia—The one thing that has been consistent in covering Virginia’s off-year statewide elections since as far back as the year Republicans George Allen and Jim Gilmore ran for governor and attorney general, respectively, in 1993 is that the races really don’t start moving until September.

And when they do, they move fast.

Allen began that summer trailing badly in his race against Democrat Mary Sue Terry. Early polling showed her earning 56% support of Virginia’s voters to Allen’s 27%.

By September of that year, Allen had cut Terry’s lead from 18 percentage points to 6, according to the Mason-Dixon polling at that time that showed him trailing her 46%-40%.

Gilmore, who was running against Democrat Bill Dolan for attorney general, had also moved into a close race against Dolan.

Allen won by a whopping 58% of the vote to Terry’s 41%, marking the first time a Republican had won a statewide election since 1977. Gilmore defeated Dolan by 10 percentage points.
